Smart Post Sound Wins 2012 Cinema Audio Society Award

Smart Post Sound took top honors for Outstanding Achievement in Sound Mixing
at The 49th Annual Cinema Audio Society (CAS) Awards

Smart Post Sound was honored by The Cinema Audio Society (CAS) at the 49th Annual CAS Awards
for Outstanding Achievement in Sound Mixing for the half hour television series MODERN FAMILY.

The CAS Awards ceremony was held on Saturday evening, February 16, 2013 in the famed Crystal ballroom
of the Millennium Biltmore Hotel in Los Angeles.

The accomplished Smart Post Sound team of Production Mixer Stephen A. Tibbo, Re-recording Mixers Dean Okrand
and Brian R. Harman accepted the CAS award for their creative mixing skills for the MODERN FAMILY episode “Disneyland.”

This is the second CAS award for Smart Post Sound, the first being awarded in 2010 for the MGM film “Into The Blue.”

The Smart Post Sound superior sound design team has also been awarded fifteen Emmys (many for MODERN FAMILY),as well as over forty MPSE (Motion Picture Sound Editors) Golden Reels.

New York Vocalist Steven Maglio Sings at Friars Club Sinatra Gala

New York, NY – December 30, 2015   New York Vocalist Steven Maglio, highly regarded for his renditions of songs popularized by Frank Sinatra, will be performing at the upcoming Friars Club gala event, Sinatra at 100, celebrating the late Frank Sinatra’s 100 th birthday.    On Monday evening, January 11, 2016, Steven Maglio kicks off the Friars Club Sinatra at 100 show, with a popular Sinatra signature song, the title of which is being kept a secret.
